Michelle Lacy, MA, LPC, PMH-C


​Michelle Lacy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Perinatal Mental Health Certified. Michelle is the Clinical Director and founding member for Women's Health Innovations of Arizona (whiarizona.org). She is thrilled to work together with an incredible team to ensure all women have access to services that meet their needs around pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. 

She is a also founding member and served as Vice President of the Arizona Postpartum Wellness Coalition, a 501c3 organization dedicated to providing best practices to perinatal women and their families.

Michelle is also a co-creator of Arizona’s two day continuing education course, “Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders: Assessment and Treatment”.  Michelle received her Master's degree from the
University of Arizona in Rehabilitation Counseling and has been practicing
since 1995.

Michelle has been a member of Postpartum Support International serving as state coordinator. She was the President of the board for the Arizona Chapter for PSI in it's first year.  She has been the recipient of the “Jane Honikman” award for outstanding service to perinatal women and their families.

Michelle’s passion is to support and encourage women as they move through life transitions and manage struggles with their mood while
using best practice in treatment. She has extensive training in treating
trauma and is EMDR trained.

​Michelle is a co-author of “Mind-Body-Soul Sisters: A Journey to Authentic, Christ-Centered Friendships”.  Michelle is founding member of the Mind, Body, Soul Sister Ministry. The mission of the ministry is to  empower women to trust God as they open their hearts and share their souls while growing in relationship with one another.
